Panama hosts an International Chess meet for the 2nd year

The Panama Chess Federation is organizing the 2nd Panama Chess Open from 27th November to 2nd December at the Hotel Central Park El Dorado in Ciudad de Panamá.
The prize fund is $ 6,000 USD guaranteed, but it can be increased to 10,000 depending on the number of players. Official website.
The tournament is conveniently set right after the UNAM Gran Fiesta in Mexico (20-25th November) and before the FIDE sponsored ITT Bolivarian in Bogota, Colombia (5-9th December).
Last year winner was GM Sergei Tiviakov.
