Panama America News: Economist John Jované made official this morning, Saturday, October 6, his presidential candidacy via independent, with a view to the elections in 2014. Jované, who had advanced his plan would cover all the problems of national events, considered that is the time to build a "refounding Independent Movement National despalce power of parties and corrupt politicians who have taken over state institutions".
